How to request deletion

1. Email the support address below from the address on your account.
2. In the message, include your username and whether you signed in with a password, OAuth, or both.
3. We verify the request, delete the account, and reply to the same address, usually within 30 days.

What happens to your data

Deleted

• Username, password credential, and the email address stored for the account
• OAuth link used to sign in, and server-side session tokens for that account
• Profile or account settings we store for TG Media Downloader

Kept, and for how long

• A copy of this deletion request (your email, username, and message) for up to 30 days, so we can complete and confirm the deletion. It is then deleted.
• Records we are required to keep for legal, fraud-prevention, or security reasons, for up to 90 days, or longer only if the law requires it. These are not used to restore the account.

Not stored on our servers

• Telegram chats, contacts, and media are not kept in our database. Phone numbers and verification codes used to sign in to Telegram are handled by Telegram, not stored by us.
• Files you saved on your phone stay in the folder you chose until you delete them with a file manager. Uninstalling the app or clearing app data removes the local sign-in session immediately.
